- Self-service sessions: 1 credit per hour
Self-service options include 'open gym' for independent workouts or with a trainer, and 'open recovery room' for self-guided treatments or massage therapists.
Credit pricing starts at $50 per credit, with bulk discounts available up to 24 credits ($38 per credit).
